Lady A Hits The Stage With Rock Legend
Lady Antebellum is hitting the stage this week with rock legend Stevie Nicks for a CMT Crossroads special. The show will air later this year. But I can hear you saying, "How did they hook up with each other"? Lady A’s Hillary Scott says it was the legendary singer’s idea. “The way that this all came about is going to be in the show, because it’s a really cool story that we’re gonna sit down and let her tell how it all came about, because it wasn’t her management calling our management or CMT trying to call each of us, because they had the idea,” says Hillary. “This was her idea, and the way it came about was very organic and beautiful and I’m gonna let her tell that story, so you’ll have to watch it to hear the story.”
Downtown Is A Hit!
Lady A has more great news to celebrate. Their new song "Downtown" is the highest debuting song of their seven year career. It hit a high of 25 on the Billboard chart and 34 on Mediabase. The band debuted the song on the Jay Leno show on NBC January 28th.

MCA Recording star Kip Moore is looking for three in a row! Number one hits of course.
He just released his new song "Hey Pretty Girl" from his "Up All Night" album. His last two singles "Somethin' Bout A Truck" and "Beer Money" both hit the top spot on the Country charts. Kip was named Top New Artist of 2012 by Country Aircheck.
Catch Sarah On ABC's "The Bachelor"
Black River recording artist Sarah Darling will be the musical guest on the February 4th episode of ABC's "The Bachelor. Sarah announced the news on her Facebook and also will be performing with Carrie Underwood on the Grand Ole Opry stage on Friday, February 1st. The singers current song "Home To Me" is climbing the charts.
Gary Gets Another One!
Gary Allan's new song "Every Storm Runs Out Of Rain" has hit the number one spot on the charts. It's the fifth number one of his career. Gary normally doesn't pay attention to the charts, but this time he did. Gary said “It’s funny, I never watch the charts, because it’s something I can’t control, and it drives me batty,” says Gary. “But this one, it’s been so long since we’ve had something out there, I’ve watched every inch of it and it’s been a blast to watch it go. It’s a blessing.” His new album "Set You Free" is in stores and online now.
As we all know Brantley Gilbert is engaged to rising country star Jana Kramer. But Brantley has a new engagment on his hands with.....Mountain Dew. The singer just signed a deal that will put him in television and print ads later this year.
